Our Los Angeles plant in the downtown seafood and cold-storage district is where we buy, process and consolidate product before it ships to Hawaii. Our own trucks deliver next day, six days a week across Los Angeles, and we can arrange freight to the rest of the US.
Honolulu Distribution
Our Honolulu distribution center, minutes from Honolulu Harbor and the airport, keeps 800+ items in stock and is replenished weekly by ocean and air freight. We deliver next day, six days a week across Oahu, with a 3-day lead time on stock items to the neighbor islands and freight to the Pacific Islands and Japan. Need something we don't stock? Preorder by air: order by Sunday 5 PM for Wednesday delivery, or Tuesday 5 PM for Friday.

Our refrigerated trucks and vans deliver six days a week (closed Sunday) to every corner of Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, Orange County and the South Bay.Â
Oahu
Next-day refrigerated delivery six days a week across the island, from Haleiwa to Hawaii Kai. Delivered from our Honolulu distribution center near the harbor and airport.
Neighbor Islands
Stock items ship to Maui, Kauai and the Big Island by inter-island ocean or air freight with a 3-day lead time. Ask your rep about special orders and freight to the Pacific Islands.
Ordering & Will Call
$300 delivery minimum. We don't offer same-day delivery, but will call is available at our LA and Honolulu facilities. We ask chefs to consolidate orders wherever possible: fewer trucks on the road is better for the environment.
