With the desire to work as an independent family business, Quantum Foods began connecting its network of direct seafood resources with the best chefs in Las Vegas, Honolulu and Los Angeles. After several years of hard work and dedication, Quantum Foods has expanded its product line and shifted from a product development company to a top tier food service purveyor; offering over 700 unique items to hundreds of restaurants, hotels, caterers, and other food service establishments.
