With a direct buyer at the Honolulu fish auction floor and a warehouse at the center of the Los Angeles Seafood district, Quantum Foods is constantly shipping and receiving fresh

Cold Water Lobster Tails

Salmon & Trout

  • All of our farmed salmon and ocean trout is sourced from sustainable farms in Canada, Norway, New Zealand and the Faroe islands.

Pellagic Fish

Mussels & Clams

  • Live and frozen cooked mussels and clams are available year round. 

  • Black mussels from Price Edward Island, Massachusetts, Maine, Washington and California

  • Green lip mussels from New Zealand offered live, whole cooked or cooked on the half shell. 

  • Manilla, short neck, littleneck, cherry stone, savory, razor, cockle, geoduck and chocolate clams available live seasonally . 

  • Be aware that some live shellfish are restricted by the Dept. of Agriculture in Hawaii to prevent the introduction of invasive specie. 


  • Harvested from wild runs throughout the world, squid is one of the most abundant, sustainable and healthy seafood options.

  • A variery of species including loligo spp, todorodes spp, Gigas spp (giant squid), and arrow available year round with fresh available seasonally. 

  • Available as whole round, whole cleaned, tubes and tentacles, rings and tentacles, tubes only, and steaks 

Spanish Octopus 

  • Wild hook-caught in Morocco FAO 34 and minimally processed in a state-of-the-art facility in Spain.

  • Available as raw tenderized for traditional Mediterranean preparation or precooked tenderized for sushi bar applications.

  • This octopus is far more tender and flavorful compared to the South East Asian imports.

  • Makes a deliciously unique center plate dish that is sure to impress your diners.

  • Diver scallops and bay scallops from both wild caught and farm raised fisheries are available fresh and frozen year round
